1) How do I purchase images from your site?

Simply click on the "Add to cart" button directly underneath the image you want to purchase.

2) What method of payment do you accept?

Your transaction in completely secure as it goes through Paypal. However you would need to have a Paypal account. If you don't want to use Paypal, please contact me on the contact form for other options to buy directly from me.

3) What do I do when an image I downloaded is not usable (corrupt, blurry etc)?

Please contact me with the file number and your concerns. We’ll refund your credits and re-evaluate the image.

4) Is there a time limit on downloading an image?

You have 36 hours from the time you receive the download link to download the file. This is to prevent illegal downloads.

5) How do I download images/files?

When your Paypal transaction has been completed successfully, you will receive an immediate email with a download link to the image purchased. Simply click on the link and your computer should start the download automatically.

6) May I resell an image I purchased from Tosca Studio?

No, all images are copyrighted and the signature on the photograph must be kept as is. You can make more than one print of an image you bought, but for personal use only and no distribution is allowed.

7) What do I do if I am unhappy with the quality of an image I purchased?

Tosca Studio offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so please contact me with the image ID and any concerns you might have with the image.

8) What size and on which medium can the image be printed?

The photographs have been printed on various materials and sizes, some up to 2 meters on canvas. If you use a good quality printer, you can safely print up to A0 poster size, but your printer can advise on that as well. The image can be printed on any printing paper, canvas or material.
